1st off I had to turn off the IIS service

I then did a clean install (bad Shari) which meant I had to go through all the crap to get it working again.

Listen to 127.0.0.1:80

DocumentRoot to what I use

    The services of the system should keep installed if you upgraded your system from Windows 7 to Windows 10 0 but you can check them following this.
